We’re Supportive Care Services, a Domiciliary Care Agency providing support and companionship for the elderly and disabled from the comfort of their own home.
Our aim is to deliver the daily assistance you require, allowing you to remain living independently in your own home for as long as possible. Choosing a care provider that is right for you can be a daunting task, however with Supportive Care Services, you need not worry. We will supply you with a Carer, who will be able to offer you the support, that meets your individual needs.
The flexibility of our home care services enable you to live safely and comfortably in the place you know best – your home. From daily or weekly care visits, right through to the dedicated support of a live-in carer, there are plenty of home care services available, even on a short-term, hour-by-hour basis.
Our Caregivers are committed to treating every client with compassion, dignity and respect. We work with clients, and their families, to provide person-centred care that empowers and enables. We tailor our support to suit individual needs. All our Caregivers receive full training to support you, or a loved one, to live independently at home.
How We Care
Personal Care & Assistance
Bathing, restroom activities, incontinence care, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, walking etc.
Transportation & Errands
Schedule planning and assistance (visits, appointments, errands, outings, etc.)
Meal Preparation
Our carers can prepare all types of meals, from the basics of heating a ready meal and cooking some vegetables to creating a full meal from scratch.
Companionship
Conversation and entertainment (assistance with reading, games, crafts, puzzles etc.)
Medication Management
Reminders, supervision, pill box, daily log etc.
Housekeeping & Domestic Duties
Home cleaning, laundry, linen changes, etc.)
